Assistant Professor Rossella Santagata delivered the keynote address to more than 1,000 teachers and researchers at the National Conference on the Contribution of Psychology to School Teaching and Learning in Florence, Italy on February 4. Her presentation was entitled: "The Systematic Analysis of Videotaped Lessons: A Framework for Teacher Preparation."

Dr. Santagata researches mathematics teaching and learning, teacher learning and professional development, use of video for teacher learning, culture and learning, teaching and professional development in low-performing schools.
