"STEM Research and Education: Underpinning American Innovation"

Sue Marshall, Director of Undergraduate Programs, joins three UC Irvine colleagues -Kathy Eiler from the UCI Government Relations Office, Brad Hughes from the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Department, and Donald Dabdub from the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering - for the 17th Annual Coalition for National Science Funding Exhibition and Reception at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C., on May 11.

The exhibition, whose theme is "STEM Research and Education: Underpinning American Innovation," will feature science, mathematics, and engineering research and education projects supported by the National Science Foundation. Dr. Marshall will be sharing a poster about UC Irvine's Cal Teach Science and Mathematics Teacher Preparation Program.
